BLANK CONTROL PANEL SCREEN

WHEN I CLICK ON THE CONTROL PANEL NAME ON THE START MENU--
-NONE OF THE ICONS COME UP ON THE CONTROL PANEL PAGE.
JUST A BLANK SCREEN.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY THOUGHTS---?

First, ensure that your drive is virus free. There a many
softwares available. Second, install, update and run Ad-
aware or Spybot. They are available on the net for free.
Look them up with google. Third, run scandisk to ensure
there are no physical defects with your drive. Lastly,
reinstall your operating system. If your drive is virus
free and error free you will not lose any programs, data
or settings.
