When I click START and then click HELP, I get:
Windows cannot find "helpctr.exe"
I have Windows ME.

This looks as if you may have inadvertently uninstalled or deleted the Help
system, or just the file......

First - try extracting a new copy of the HELPCTR.EXE file - it's in the
C:\Windows\Options\CABS folder (or the .....\INSTALL folder) - using
MSCONFIG|Extract - it needs to go into the
C:\Windows\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\BINARIES folder

If that doesn't cure the problem, then you may need to uninstall and
reinstall the full PCHEALTH system - look here for details on how to do
that, and come back with any questions you may have.
